Guided by ISO 26000
The ISO 26000 standard is a voluntary international guide that helps organisations integrate social responsibility (CSR ) into their practices, without the aim of certification. It covers seven key areas: organisational governance, human rights, fair business practices, consumer issues, community involvement, environment, and labour relations and conditions.
Implementing the standard involves analysing stakeholders, assessing the impact of activities, setting clear objectives and consulting stakeholders to adjust actions.
Acting for people and the environment
Pradel’s actions are directly rooted in reality.
Our commitments go beyond principles, with concrete initiatives to preserve landscapes, support sports associations and help companies understand the legal framework needed to best organise the prevention of psychosocial risks.
We make it a point of honour to ensure transparency, integrity and compliance in all our legal activities. We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within our team, while guaranteeing the well-being of our employees, who are at the heart of our organisation.
At Pradel, this commitment is borne personally by the partners, who are actively involved in advancing these causes. CSR is not just a framework for our actions, it is a conviction that guides every decision we make and structures our day-to-day business practices.
