By teaming up with ES Trappes, the Pradel firm is once again affirming its desire to take concrete action for a fairer, more united future, by supporting projects established in their local area.
Ilhame Attilah, president of ES Trappes since 2023, embodies a vision of sport rooted in humanity, solidarity and transmission. For her, football is much more than a game: it’s a tool for education, a place for personal development and a gateway to the future.
Preside to elevate,
to accompany in order to transform
ILHAME’S RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CLUB IS FIRST AND FOREMOST A PERSONAL ONE.
Originally from Trappes, she grew up training with her brother, a club member, before becoming involved herself. She became vice-president in 2020, then president three years later.
Her motivation: to give back to the club what it has given her, and to offer young people guidance, support and prospects. Ilhame advocates an inclusive approach to soccer, where every member, boy or girl, can find a caring environment in which to develop.
Under his impetus, the club is transformed into a genuine space for educational support, where sport becomes a tool for emancipation, a lever for inclusion and a place of trust for young members.
Above all, sport is a tool that enables young people to be happy on a daily basis
IN 2023, CABINET PRADEL PROPOSES A LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP.
The partnership between Cabinet Pradel and ES Trappes was born of a shared conviction: that sport, beyond performance, can be a formidable vehicle for emancipation, equality and social cohesion. On discovering the commitment of Ilhame Attilah and his team to young people, the firm wanted to become a long-term partner in this dynamic by providing its support on several levels.
This partnership was born of a shared conviction.
In 2023, Pradel contacted Ilhame to propose a long-term partnership. Convinced by the club’s values of commitment, solidarity and transmission, Pradel provided comprehensive support: legal assistance to secure the club’s operations, support for the development of its structure, and financial backing to enable it to grow serenely.
This partnership was born of a shared conviction: sport is a powerful lever for creating positive trajectories, forging links and giving young people the means to believe in themselves.
At ES Trappes, the organization of women’s tournaments for U11s and U13s, preventive initiatives to combat health, violence and harassment, and discussions on integration and equal opportunities all bear witness to this educational ambition.
For Ilhame, sport must above all be a tool for making young people happy on a daily basis. A vision shared by the Pradel firm, which sees this partnership as a way of providing long-term support for youth.
The club is already looking to the future: modernizing the pitches with the installation of synthetic surfaces, developing new support tools and strengthening the coaching staff. Projects that reflect the same energy, the same hope: that of a fairer future, rooted in the collective.
Together, in the field and beyond.
